With our Wells Fargo SurePay service, you can:
- - Schedule one-time transfers.
- - Register your mobile numbers or email addresses to receive money.
- - View outgoing and incoming transfers and status in your Recent Activity on our Wells Fargo SurePay home screen.
You maintain control over changing your transfers, too, so you can modify your transfers as you want.

Your mobile number or email address may not be activated for this service. Come in, call, or visit wellsfargo.com on your computer to update your contact information, and then try again.
What do the account activity status terms mean?
Pending
Your transfer has not started processing and can still be canceled. Your recipient may need to register, manually accept your transfer, or both. Your recipient has 14 calendar days to do so, or the funds will be returned to your account.
Processing
Your transfer is in process and can no longer be canceled. Funds will be available for your recipient within 3 business days for Standard delivery, and typically the next business day for Expedited delivery.
Expired
Within 14 calendar days, your recipient either did not register, or is registered but did not manually accept this transfer. Funds will be deposited back into your account. Expired transfers remain for 90 days.
Failed
We were unable to deliver this transfer to your recipient. Funds will be deposited back into your account
